Here is a look at the seven celebrities that Anthony Vaccarello dressed in Saint Laurent for the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

Sheer Confidence, Fully Committed
Connor Storrie and his Heated Rivalry co-star Hudson Williams were both twinning in sheer tops on the night. But when it came to Connor’s styling, it was giving no half-measures, just main-character energy. There’s a hint of ’70s rockstar decadence here, but sharpened with modern precision. The Tiffany & Co. jewellery gleams against the translucent top, while the animal-free fur muff adds a flash of irreverent glamour. It’s confident, a little provocative, and completely committed.

Didn’t land
While I have enjoyed the Zoe Saldana–Saint Laurent partnership, this shimmering navy lace dress feels underwhelming. The fabrication is beautiful up close, but the overall impact falls flat. It lacks the presence we expect from her on a night like this, nominated or not.

A Playful Detour
We have been so conditioned by Saint Laurent’s strict tailoring codes, lace, and muted hues that seeing Olivia Rodrigo in this pale pink look is so unexpected. Known for favouring a column silhouette, the singer switches things up with this feather-accented mini, which brings a youthful, light touch to the brand’s usual direction.

Pattern Play That Pays Off
I wasn’t sold on Lewis Pullman’s double-tie detail for the main event, but this Saint Laurent look is far more convincing. The striped shirt paired with the patterned tie creates a layered visual effect that is a smart way to add interest without stepping outside the boundaries of classic menswear. Lewis stepped into his flared era this night.

Great Idea, Loose Execution
I really like the idea behind François Arnaud’s Saint Laurent look, with the tailcoat-style shirt and printed scarf adding a vintage slant. However, the oversized shirt throws off the proportions. It reads less relaxed and more ill-fitting, which is a shame because the concept itself is strong.

Tailoring Done Right
Rami Malek delivered exactly what Anthony Vaccarello does best: precise, contemporary tailoring. The clean lines, sharp lapels, and controlled silhouette create a look that feels modern without trying too hard. It is confident, refined, and perfectly aligned with the house’s identity.

Understated, But Effective
Danny Ramirez kept things simple in his Saint Laurent suit, but simplicity works in his favour here. The streamlined black tailoring is clean and well-executed, allowing fit and proportion to do the talking. It may not push boundaries, but it is polished and reliable, which still counts on a crowded red carpet.
