BP Locks Out Union Workers at Its Indiana Refinery

BP (BP) announced it will lock out approximately 800 United Steelworkers members at its Whiting, Indiana refinery starting at midnight on March 19. The company cited a breakdown in negotiations over a new labor agreement as the reason for the lockout, according to a report by Reuters on Tuesday.
